83% Of Flights On-Time In July

Ryanair, Europe’s No 1 airline, today (10 Aug) released its July customer service statistics, which confirm that Ryanair remains Europe’s No 1 customer service airline with:

  • 83% of 69,000 flights in July arriving on-time (down slightly due to unseasonably bad weather and ATC delays)
  • Just 2 complaints per 1,000 customers
  • Less than 1 bag complaint per 1,000 customers
  • Over 99% of all complaints answered within 7 days

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:

“Ryanair carried a record 12.6 million customers in July with 83% of our 69,000 flights arriving on-time. We continue to campaign with our partners in A4E (Airlines for Europe) to encourage the EC to take action to ameliorate the impact of ATC delays on flights in Europe.

In July, we also celebrated carrying our 1 billionth customer since our first flight in 1985 and became the first EU airline to carry over 1 billion passengers.  With our expanding route network and additional enhancements under year 4 of our “Always Getting Better” programme, Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than the lowest fares in Europe

Complaints per 1,000 pax 1.61 2.06
