Ryanair Supports Childline Breakfast Week
Ryanair, Ireland’s No 1 airline, today (20 Oct) held a charity breakfast morning at its Dublin Offices in aid of ISPCC Childline, its 2016 chosen Irish charity partner, one of a number of fundraising initiatives held over the past year.
The team at Ryanair HQ enjoyed a bowl of cereal in exchange for a donation to Childline, while CEO, Michael O’Leary also took part in the famous “Cheerios Challenge”, balancing Cheerios on his nose in the staff canteen.
Childline is the only 24-hour listening service which seeks to support and empower children and young people in Ireland and 90% of its funding is raised through corporate and individual donations. Customers can look out for a major fundraising initiative on the Ryanair.com website next month.

“Ryanair is proud to partner with ISPCC Childline to support the invaluable work they do each year to help children in need. Staff at our Dublin Offices swopped the usual full Irish breakfasts for a bowl of cereal and a donation to Childline – and took turns balancing Cheerios on the gaffer’s nose when he nodded off.
