Ryanair’s First Budapest To Cork Flight Takes Off

Ryanair, Europe’s No. 1 airline, yesterday (4 April) celebrated the first flight on its new twice weekly Budapest service to Cork. Ryanair’s Budapest summer schedule includes 39 routes in total, with 6 new routes to Bari, Cagliari, Cork, Rimini, Seville and Thessaloniki, and 2 extra based aircraft (6 total, $600m investment).

Budapest consumers and visitors can now book their holidays as far out as March 2020, enjoying even lower fares and Ryanair’s customer care improvements, including:

Letní Letový Řád Společnosti Ryanair Startuje Se 16 Novými Linkami

Ryanair, evropský letecký dopravce č. 1, dnes (3. dubna) slaví první let na své nové lince z Prahy do chorvatského Zadaru, kterou bude v rámci letního letového řádu provozovat dvakrát týdně. Celkem bude společnost Ryanair z Prahy v rámci letního letového řádu nabízet 31 linek včetně zmíněných 16 novinek v podobě spojení do Ammánu, Bari, Benátek Treviso, Bournemouthu, Billundu, Kodaně, Göteborgu, Palmy de Mallorca, Paříže Beauvais, Pescary, Pisy, Rigy, Stockholmu, Marseille, Marrákeše a Zadaru.

Oggi (4 Aprile) Ryanair ha reso note le statistiche del servizio clienti per il mese di Marzo, che mostrano che il servizio clienti offerto è primo in Europa in quanto:

  • Il 94% dei voli di Marzo è arrivato puntuale (82% a Marzo 2018) ad eccezione dei ritardi dovuti ai controllori di volo
  • 1% in più rispetto a Febbraio 2019
  • La puntualità è la più alta da Novembre 2017
  • La carenza di personale di gestione del traffico aereo ha causato ritardi su oltre 2.390 voli Ryanair (4%) a Marzo

 

Ryanair ha pubblicato anche i risultati relativi all’esperienza dei clienti “Rate My Flight” del mese di marzo, che dimostrano che l’88% degli oltre 100.000 passeggeri che ha risposto ha valutato il proprio volo come ‘Eccellente/Molto buono /Buono’, registrando alte valutazioni per la cortesia dell’equipaggio (92%), il servizio a bordo (90%), le procedure di imbarco (83%) e la scelta di cibo e bevande (82%).

Ryanair Launches Munster Rugby Specials To Birmingham

Ryanair Launches New Summer 2019 Inflight Range

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (2 Apr) launched its Summer 2019 inflight range which will feature brands such as Clinique, Sosu and Tan luxe.

Ryanair’s Runway Retail Boutique will offer a further 20% off on core fragrances, ensuring 75% cheaper prices than the high-street on Europe’s favourite branded products.

Ryanair has also added a range of skincare products and customers can now benefit from discounts on brands such as Kiehls, Clinique, Elizabeth Arden and Alpha H. Cosmetic holiday essentials including exciting must haves such as Tan Luxe self tanning drops, Sosu vacation lashes and Lipstick queen by Frog Price will also be available onboard.

Ryanair’s new and improved Getaway Café Menu also has new great additions for summer 2019 such as The Barilla Bolognese. Passengers can now have a meal deal for under 500cals with new ‘free from’ options this summer, including lactose free chocolate, sugar free soft drinks, alcohol free beer, or vegan options which will also be available with new-ins such as the meat free vegan lasagne or a wide range of vegan drinks and snacks that have the “PETA – approved vegan” logo. Ryanair has also been successful in reducing its range of products containing palm oil from 33% to 19% for April 1st 2019 and expects to reduce this further by another 4% by winter 2019.
