Our August CSAT score rose to 82% as Ryanair enjoyed a record breaking month, carrying 16.9m guests on almost 93,000 flights. With fewer ATC disruptions, punctuality improved and customers rated airport gate staff friendliness amongst our top performing scores (92% satisfaction).
