In regards to the flight diversion of FR4976 from Stansted on the 29/12/2016, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the pilots for making safety the priority and also the way they communicated to the passengers what was occurring and why. I would also like to thank the crew onboard who were kind and helpful in answering our questions. Finally, I would also like to thank operations and the representative at Lamezia Airport, who organised the transportation back to Brindisi.

As a frequent flyer with Ryanair, I would just like to compliment the team on flights FR3901/3902. The plane was clean and tidy (looked quite new actually) and the team were very well dressed and well presented. Their shirts were white (not greyish) and tucked in, ladies makeup was lovely and professional, all had clean hair and they were respectful to passengers throughout both flights. Well done Ryanair, standards are improving!

We travelled (with my wife and daughter) from London to Budapest on the 30th November 8.30AM from Stansted. It was a bit messy after landing trying to get the daughter going so I left 1 of my bags on the plane accidentally (macbook, ipad, iphone all in the bag…). We already left the building not even realising something is missing, but 1 of the cabin crew (a guy, sorry don’t remember the name) managed to get in touch with us and organised a meeting at the arrivals on terminal 2A (we landed on 2B) and handed the bag back to us. He was already very welcoming when we boarded the plane. Played with my daughter which got her in very good mood so we had an easy and pleasant flight. I cannot express enough how happy and grateful we are. I really would like if this feedback would reach this person.Top top service.


We’ve launched an improved ‘Rate My Flight’ service which is now available in 13 languages, allowing customers to provide real time reviews of their Ryanair flight from the moment they land.

Our ‘Rate My Flight’ function offers customers the chance to rate their overall experience, boarding, crew friendliness, service onboard and range of food and drink, on a 5-star rating system.

The service is now available in English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Dutch and Greek via the Ryanair app, which can be downloaded from the iTunes and Google Play stores
