Countdown To Ryanair Steeplechase At Punchestown Under Way

Ryanair, Ireland’s favourite airline today (17 Apr) got under starter’s orders for the 2018 Ryanair Novice’s Steeplechase at the Punchestown Festival, with just one week to go to until one of the highlights in the Irish National Hunt racing calendar.

The Grade 1 Ryanair Novice’s Steeplechase will take place on 26th April, the Thursday of the festival (6.40pm), and has attracted a stellar cast of entries from Ireland and the UK who will battle it out for the €115,000 prize fund.

The Punchestown National Hunt Festival runs from Tuesday 24th to Saturday, 28th April and Ryanair is again giving away race day tickets on its social media channels, so racing fans should follow Ryanair on Facebook and Twitter for a chance to win.

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:

“We’re under starter’s orders for the 2018 Punchestown National Hunt Festival with just one week to go. Irish horses had the upper hand over the English last month at Cheltenham, and this is shaping up to be another memorable battle in Kildare next week.  We are once again giving away race day tickets on its social channels, so racing fans should follow Ryanair on Facebook and Twitter for a chance to win.”
