Ryanair Launches New Dublin Route To Kyiv

Ryanair, Ireland’s No.1 airline, today (20 Nov) announced a new route from Dublin to Kyiv, with a twice-weekly service commencing in April 2019, as part of Ryanair’s Summer 19 schedule. Ryanair’s Dublin summer schedule now includes 99 routes in total, with 11 new routes to Bodrum, Bordeaux, Bournemouth, Cagliari, Frankfurt, Gothenburg, Kyiv, London Southend, Lourdes, Luxembourg and Thessaloniki, which will deliver over 16.4m customers through Dublin Airport next year.

Irish consumers and visitors can now choose from 99 Dublin routes next summer and enjoy even lower fares and the latest “Always Getting Better” improvements including:

  • Reduced checked-in bag fees
    • lower €25 x 20kg check bag
    • lower €8 x 10kg check bag
  • Ryanair Rooms with 10% off Travel Credit
  • ‘Try Somewhere New’ – travel content platform on Ryanair.com

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:

“We are pleased to announce another new Dublin route and our first from Ireland to Kyiv, Ukraine, commencing in April 2019, which will operate twice weekly, our 11th new Dublin Summer 2019 route.

To celebrate we are releasing seats on sale for this new route from just €5 for travel between April and June, which are available for booking until midnight Wednesday (21 Nov). Since these amazing low prices will be snapped up quickly, customers should log onto www.ryanair.com and avoid missing out.”

Dublin Airport Managing Director, Vincent Harrison said:

“Ryanair operates 99 routes from Dublin Airport and we are delighted to see its route network strengthening further with the addition of Kiev next year. With a population of more than 2.8 million, Kiev is a major city in eastern Europe with an abundance of culture and history. The new route will boost trade and tourism between Ireland and Ukraine and I have no doubt it will be popular route in both directions. We will work closely with Ryanair and its management team to promote this new route.”
