87% Dos Voos Da Ryanair Em Junho Sem Atrasos

12 de Julho de 2017. Ryanair, a companhia aérea favorita na Europa, lançou hoje as estatisticas de Junho que confirmam que a Ryanair continua a ser a companhia aérea nº1 em serviço ao cliente com:

  • 87% de mais de 65,000 voos aterraram sem atrasos
  • Menos de 2 reclamações por cada 1,000 clientes
  • Menos de 1 reclamação sobre bagagem por cada 1,000 clientes
  • Mais de 99% de todas as reclamações respondidas em 7 dias

Kenny Jacobs, da Ryanair, declara: “A Ryanair transportou 11.8 milhões de passageiros em Junho com 87% dos nossos voos com chegada dentro do horário, o que nos permite continuar a melhorar o nosso serviço ao cliente. Com a expansão da nossa rede de rotas e melhorias adicionais sob o nosso programa “Always Getting Better”, a Ryanair continua a oferecer muito mais do que as tarifas mais reduzidas da Europa.”
