RYANAIR ANNOUNCES NEW LAPLAND ROUTE FOR BRISTOL IN WINTER 2025 SCHEDULE LAUNCH
“SLEIGH” CHRISTMAS 2025 WITH RYANAIR’S LOW FARE LAPLAND FLIGHTS
Ryanair, the UK’s No. 1 passenger airline, today (Thurs, 25 Sept) announced its Winter 2025 schedule for Bristol with 28 routes, including an exciting new route to Lapland Rovaniemi. Ryanair will operate two return flights per week on its new Bristol-Lapland route starting from Saturday, 1 November.
Lapland is a winter wonderland like no other, with enchanting reindeer and husky sleigh rides through snow-covered forests, skies filled with dancing lights, and endless activities that will leave lasting memories – not to mention being the home of the big man himself. So, whether you’re seeking adventure, festive fun, or a wholesome weekend away with family/friends, Lapland offers an unforgettable experience.
Ryanair has also increased frequencies on 11 other routes to/from Bristol this Winter, including Winter sun hotspots like Alicante, Madrid, and Porto, as well as cool city break destinations like Budapest, Dublin, and Krakow, providing Ryanair’s customers in the Southwest with even more choice and regular connections at the lowest fares in Europe.
Ryanair’s full Winter 2025 schedule is available to book now at Ryanair.com, with flights to/from Bristol available from as little as £29.99.
Ryanair’s Director of Communications, Jade Kirwan, said:
“Ryanair is pleased to launch our Bristol Winter 2025 schedule, with 28 routes, including an exciting new route to Lapland Rovaniemi starting from Saturday 1 Nov. Lapland is like waking up in a dream, filled with magical experiences that you will share forever, including miles of glistening snow, reindeer & husky rides, snowball fights, the northern lights, Christmas-themed parks and of course, home to the big man himself. On top of our new Lapland Rovaniemi route, Ryanair has also increased frequencies on 11 other routes to/from Bristol this Winter, including Winter sun hotspots like Alicante, Madrid, and Porto, and cool city break destinations like Budapest, Dublin, and Krakow.
We wish to continue to deliver traffic and tourism growth across our 22 UK airports, particularly on our 340 new Boeing aircraft, which will deliver over the next 8 years. To do this however, the UK market must become competitive. Rachel Reeves should stop talking about growth and start delivering it by abolishing APD. In countries all over Europe, like Sweden, Hungary, Albania, and Regional Italy, Govts are abolishing aviation taxes and are being rewarded with rapid traffic, tourism, and jobs growth. This is the model that Rachel Reeves should copy. She has failed to deliver any growth in the first 12 months of the new Labour Govt, but she can reverse this failure, by scrapping APD to make UK air travel and tourism competitive once more, particularly in the UK regions.
Ryanair’s full Winter 2025 schedule is available to book now at Ryanair.com, with flights to/from Bristol available from just £29.99.”
Bristol Airport’s Commercial Director, Rupert Lawrie, said:
“We’re delighted that Ryanair has chosen Bristol for this exciting new winter service to Rovaniemi, Finland. This new route gives customers across the Southwest the chance to step into a true Winter wonderland, whether that means chasing the Northern Lights, meeting a reindeer, or simply discovering a new European destination. We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with Ryanair as they expand their network from Bristol.”
