Customer Satisfaction – May 2022

We recorded a solid CSAT score of 86% (+1pp versus April), despite ATC delays and ongoing lengthy airport security wait times (primarily in UK and Ireland – caused by temporary airport staff shortages), which are continuing to inconvenience some customers and lowering their satisfaction. Crew friendliness remains our strongest customer satisfaction score at 95%.
