Customer Satisfaction – July 2023

Ryanair reported a CSAT of 82%, as we flew 18.7m guests in July, our third consecutive month of record-breaking passenger numbers. With a 94% satisfaction rate, our Crew continue to score highly with our customers, as we flew them to their summer holiday destinations this month.
