RYANAIR CARRIES 18 MILLION PASSENGERS THROUGH LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT

Ryanair, the UK’s No. 1 passenger airline, announced today (Mon, 13 Oct) that it has carried over 18 million passengers through Leeds Bradford Airport since it began operations to/from the airport back in 1989. Since then, Ryanair has invested heavily in the region, with 3 based aircraft ($300m investment) and support of over 1,300 local jobs, as well as providing Yorkshire customers with more choice at the lowest fares.

This Winter, Ryanair is operating 116 weekly flights to/from Leeds Bradford Airport, spanning 13 routes, including an exciting new Winter route to Warsaw, which will operate twice per week from Mon, 27 Oct.

Ryanair’s Director of Comms, Jade Kirwan, said:

Last month we launched our robust Winter 2025 schedule for Leeds Bradford Airport, in which Ryanair will operate 116 weekly flights across 13 routes, including an exciting new route to Warsaw starting from Mon, 27 Oct. This is a fantastic milestone for Ryanair, Leeds Bradford Airport and our Yorkshire customers, and we look forward to carrying millions more passengers through Leeds Bradford Airport in the years to come.”
