L’EDIZIONE DI GENNAIO DEL SONDAGGIO DI RYANAIR RIVELA CHE LE OTA EDREAMS, VOLA E TRYP APPLICANO AI CONSUMATORI SOVRAPPREZZI FINO A TRE VOLTE LE TARIFFE RYANAIR
Ryanair, la compagnia aerea n.1 in Europa per le tariffe basse, ha pubblicato oggi (martedì 13 gennaio) il suo Sondaggio di gennaio sui sovrapprezzi delle OTA che mostra come alcune OTA come eDreams, Vola e Tryp continuino ad applicare sovrapprezzi ai consumatori con tariffe fino a 3 volte superiori rispetto ai prezzi di Ryanair. Queste OTA non hanno accordi di distribuzione con Ryanair perché desiderano continuare a far pagare ai consumatori sovrapprezzi. eDreams e Vola sono i peggiori di questo mese: eDreams vende un posto riservato, che su Ryanair.com costa appena 4,06 €, a 14,18 € – più di tre volte il prezzo Ryanair; Vola invece vende un bagaglio da 10 kg a 25,00 €, il 67% in più rispetto al costo di soli 14,99 € su Ryanair.com

Ryanair continua la sua campagna per proteggere i consumatori dell’UE dai sovrapprezzi applicati dalle OTA e rinnova l’invito ai governi europei (in particolare al’inutile Ministro spagnolo per i Consumatori, Bustinduy) e alle Autorità Nazionali per la Protezione dei Consumatori a intervenire con urgenza per tutelare i consumatori da queste OTA che applicano sovrapprezzi. Dovrebbero pretendere che tutte le OTA rispettino l’obbligo di trasparenza dei prezzi, in linea con i prezzi trasparenti applicati da tutti i partner “OTA approvati” di Ryanair, a protezione dei consumatori.
Dara Brady di Ryanair ha dichiarato:
“Il sondaggio di Ryanair sulle OTA di gennaio mostra che eDreams, Vola e Tryp continuano a far pagare ai consumatori ignari oltre tre volte i prezzi indicati sul sito di Ryanair. Eppure, il Ministro spagnolo per i Consumatori Bustinduy non interviene per proteggere migliaia di consumatori spagnoli da questi sovrapprezzi praticati da eDreams.
Ryanair rinnova l’invito ai governi europei e alle Autorità per la Protezione dei Consumatori a intervenire con urgenza per tutelare i consumatori in tutta Europa, imponendo la trasparenza dei prezzi delle OTA, in linea con gli standard di trasparenza applicati da tutti i partner “OTA approvati” di Ryanair”

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (1st August) celebrated the first flight from Prague to Paphos, while on Monday (3rd August) it will launch a twice weekly service to Kosice, both as part of its extended Summer 2020 schedule.
To celebrate its new routes, Ryanair has launched a seat sale with fares from 729 Kc for travel to Kosice and from 759 Kc to Paphos, both until the end of October, which must be booked by Wednesday (5th August), only on the Ryanair.com website.
