RYANAIR ADDS 3 NEW B-737s IN KRAKÓW (15 TOTAL) FOR S2026 $1.5BN INVEST, 4 NEW ROUTES & 13% TRAFFIC GROWTH

Ryanair, Poland’s No.1 airline, today (Tues, 3 March) announced that it will grow its Kraków operations in S2026 with 3 new based aircraft (bringing its Kraków-based fleet to 15 aircraft – a $1.5bn investment) and 4 new routes to Amman, Bucharest, Budapest and Sofia, a total number of 86 routes this Summer. Ryanair’s Kraków traffic will grow by 13% to 8m passengers p.a., supporting over 6,000 jobs in Kraków and the Małopolska region, and delivering unbeatable low-fare choice for Kraków citizens/visitors.

Ryanair’s S26 Kraków schedule will deliver:

  • 15 based aircraft – $1.5bn investment
  • 86 routes, 4 new (Amman, Bucharest, Budapest & Sofia)
  • Increased freq. on 47 routes

Ryanair continues to grow in Kraków, with recent investments including Poland’s first B737 Simulator and Crew Training Centre at Kraków Airport – a state-of-the-art facility which is helping to establish Kraków as a leading aviation training and technology hub in Central Europe.

To celebrate Ryanair’s 15 based aircraft and 4 new routes to/from Kraków for S2026, the airline has launched a 3-day seat sale with fares from just 126 PLN, available to book now on ryanair.com and the Ryanair app.

Kraków is now Ryanair’s biggest base in Central Europe and a key investment hub for our airline. In addition to our growing route network and based fleet, we have recently opened our hi-tech B737 Simulator and Crew Training Centre at Kraków Airport – the first of its kind in Poland – which is already training hundreds of pilots, cabin crew and engineers from across the region, creating high-skilled jobs in Małopolska.
