50 ROUTES (4 NEW), 9 BASED AIRCRAFT (USD 900M INVESTMENT) AND 3M PASSENGERS
Ryanair, Poland’s and Europe’s largest airline, has today (12 March) announced a record summer 2026 schedule from Wrocław. It will include 50 destinations, among them 4 new, attractive routes: to London Luton, Seville, Rimini and Tirana, offering passengers from Lower Silesia even more options for holiday travel, city breaks and business trips. Thanks to the continued development of its base, Ryanair expects to handle as many as 3 million passengers annually in Wrocław.
Ryanair has been consistently expanding its presence in Wrocław for years, steadily increasing both the number of destinations and the frequency of operations. In the Summer ‘26 season, 9 Ryanair aircraft will be based at Wrocław–Strachowice Airport, representing a total investment worth USD 900 million, which will further strengthen Wrocław’s position as one of the key airports in Ryanair’s Polish network. This steady growth is the result of good, long‑term cooperation between Ryanair and Wrocław Airport, whose shared goal is to offer passengers the widest possible choice of low‑fare connections.
A strong Ryanair base in Wrocław means not only more routes, but also tangible benefits for the region – increased tourist and business traffic, easier access to key labour and investment markets, as well as new jobs directly at the airport and in the surrounding tourism and services sector. Reaching the level of 3 million passengers per year will provide an additional boost for the local economy and further strengthen Wrocław’s position as an important transport hub in Poland and in Europe.
Ryanair’s new Summer ‘26 schedule for Wrocław includes:
- 50 routes, including 4 new connections: London Luton, Rimini, Seville, Tirana
- 9 based aircraft (investment worth USD 900 million)
- Over 3 million passengers annually
- Over 2,000 jobs in the region
To mark the launch of the Summer ‘26 season for Wrocław, Ryanair has prepared a special seat sale with fares starting from PLN 126. The offer is valid until 15 March exclusively in the app and on Ryanair.com.
Michał Kaczmarzyk, CEO of Buzz (Ryanair Group), said:
“We are extremely pleased to announce a record summer 2026 schedule from Wrocław. With 50 destinations, including four new routes – to London Luton, Seville, Rimini and Tirana – we are offering residents of Wrocław and the entire Lower Silesia region an even wider choice of connections at competitive prices. Our Wrocław network caters to a variety of passenger needs – from business travel and short city breaks to classic holiday trips to sunny resorts. Equally importantly, with this schedule we are increasing passenger traffic in Wrocław to 3 million passengers per year.
Basing 9 aircraft with a total value of USD 900 million confirms how important Wrocław and the region are for us. This steady growth would not be possible without excellent cooperation with Wrocław Airport, with which we are jointly working on expanding our offer and improving the travel experience. We believe that the new destinations and increased flight availability will encourage even more passengers to plan their holidays, city breaks and business trips with Ryanair as early as this summer.”
Karol Przywara, President of the Management Board of Wrocław Airport, said:
“For many years now, together with Ryanair we have been consistently expanding the range of connections from Wrocław, responding to the needs of residents of the city and the entire region. Our very good, partnership‑based cooperation translates into concrete results – an increasingly rich route network, greater flight availability and record passenger traffic.
The new destinations announced for the Summer 2026 season have everything it takes to become hits of the summer schedule. These are attractive destinations that fit perfectly into the holiday plans of travellers from Lower Silesia – both those planning a longer vacation and those opting for short city breaks. What is particularly encouraging is that passengers flying from Wrocław will once again enjoy an absolutely record‑breaking network of connections next summer. The 50 destinations offered by Ryanair show how dynamically our airport is developing and how important Wrocław has become in this carrier’s Polish network. This is good news not only for passengers, but also for the entire region and its economy.”
