RYANAIR MARKS 7 MILLION PASSENGERS THROUGH BELFAST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (29 Jul) announced that it has carried over 7m passengers through Belfast International Airport since it began operations to/from the airport a decade ago.
This summer, Ryanair is operating 166 weekly flights across 15 routes to/from Belfast International Airport, including popular sun hotspots like Alicante, Lanzarote and Malta, as well as top city break destinations like Krakow, Milan and Porto.
To celebrate this significant milestone, Ryanair has launched a limited-time seat sale with fares available from just £29.99 available to book now via the Ryanair App.
Ryanair’s Director of Comms, Jade Kirwan, said:
“We’re delighted to mark 7 million Ryanair passengers through Belfast International Airport since we began operations to/from Belfast a decade ago. This significant milestone showcases Ryanair’s continued investment and growth in the region – including our 2 aircraft base, representing a $200m investment and supporting over 1,000 local jobs.

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (1st August) celebrated the first flight from Prague to Paphos, while on Monday (3rd August) it will launch a twice weekly service to Kosice, both as part of its extended Summer 2020 schedule.
To celebrate its new routes, Ryanair has launched a seat sale with fares from 729 Kc for travel to Kosice and from 759 Kc to Paphos, both until the end of October, which must be booked by Wednesday (5th August), only on the Ryanair.com website.
