RYANAIR CALLS ON HEIDI ALEXANDER TO PUBLISH NATS REPORT (ON LAST WEEK’S UK ATC SYSTEM COLLAPSE) TODAY
UK PASSENGERS DESERVE ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS, NOT MORE DELAYS FROM DFT
Ryanair, the UK’s No.1 passenger airline, today (17 Sep) called on Transport Minister, Heidi Alexander, to publish the NATS report before close of play Thurs (17 Sep) and to avoid further dither and delay on a report which she received yesterday (16 Sep).
Last week over 333,000 UK passengers suffered flight cancellations and delays as a result of the latest NATS UK ATC system collapse last Tues (8 Sep) – the third UK ATC collapse in 4 years. Overpaid failure NATS CEO, Martin Rolfe, was to submit a report into this latest UK ATC collapse, which Heidi Alexander received on Wed (16 Sep). It is unacceptable that Heidi Alexander is delaying the publication of this report until lunchtime Friday, which seems a clear attempt by the DfT to delay bad news until the weekend.
UK passengers and airlines deserve urgent answers and personnel changes at UK NATS, not more delays from Heidi Alexander. Ryanair calls on Heidi Alexander to publish this NATS report today (Thurs, 17 Sep) so that UK airlines and passengers can analyse the latest excuses from NATS for its third system collapse in 4 years.

RYANAIR LAUNCHES PRAGUE – PAPHOS & KOSICE ROUTES
Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (1st August) celebrated the first flight from Prague to Paphos, while on Monday (3rd August) it will launch a twice weekly service to Kosice, both as part of its extended Summer 2020 schedule.
To celebrate its new routes, Ryanair has launched a seat sale with fares from 729 Kc for travel to Kosice and from 759 Kc to Paphos, both until the end of October, which must be booked by Wednesday (5th August), only on the Ryanair.com website.
