RYANAIR BEGRÜSST DEN ERLASS EINER EINSTWEILIGEN VERFÜGUNG GEGEN AIRHELP

Ryanair, Europas Fluggesellschaft Nr. 1, begrüßte heute (12. Juni) das im Rahmen eines einstweiligen Verfügungsverfahrens ergangene Urteil des Düsseldorfer Landgerichts (Az: 14c O 50/20), wonach es der AirHelp Germany GmbH untersagt wird, bestimmte irreführende Aussagen auf ihrer Website und in ihrer E-Mail-Kommunikation zu verbreiten bzw. verbreiten zu lassen. Das Urteil wird Ryanair dabei helfen, seine Kunden vor der Irreführung durch “Claims Chasers” zu schützen, die bis zu 50% des Ausgleichsanspruchs für sich vereinnahmen. Im Vergleich dazu ist die Geltendmachung von Ausgleichsansprüchen direkt bei Ryanair kostenlos und äußerst einfach und es gehört zum Unternehmenskodex von Ryanair, 100% der berechtigten EU-261 Ausgleichsansprüche innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach ihrer Geltendmachung auszuzahlen.

Dara Brady von Ryanair äußert sich hierzu:

“Wir begrüßen die Entscheidung des Landgerichts Düsseldorf, welche dazu beitragen wird, unsere Kunden vor den irreführenden Praktiken von “claims chasers” zu schützen, die Passagieren ganz entgegen ihren eigenen Interessen raten, ihre Ausgleichsansprüche nicht direkt bei der Fluggesellschaft geltend zu machen.

Wenn Kunden einen berechtigten Ausgleichsanspruch haben, können sie diesen direkt auf der Website Ryanair.com geltend machen und die übermäßigen Provisionen der “claims chasers” vermeiden.”

Gegen die Entscheidung kann Airhelp noch Widerspruch einlegen.
