Ryanair Announces 4 New Kyiv Routes To Germany

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (25 Jan) launched 4 new Kyiv routes to Dusseldorf Weeze, Frankfurt Hahn, Karlsruhe Baden Baden and Nuremburg (all twice per week), commencing in October.

Ukrainian consumers and visitors can now book the lowest fares on 26 routes from Kyiv and Lviv with more routes to be announced on Ryanair.com. To celebrate, Ryanair launched a seat sale with up to 20% off seats on over 200 European routes, for travel between April and June. This incredible offer will end at midnight (24:00hrs) on Saturday, so customers should log on quickly and bag a bargain break today.

Ryanair Celebrates Over 250,000 Erasmus Student Network Bookings

  • Erasmus Students Save Over €7.5m So Far With Ryanair

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (18 Jan) celebrated over 250,000 bookings by Erasmus Student Network members on its exclusive platform, at its latest student mobility event in Berlin.

Delivered as part of Ryanair’s “Always Getting Better” programme, this partnership offers Erasmus students a dedicated ESN booking platform where they can avail of 15% flight discounts on the Ryanair.com website, and a free checked-in bag with every flight booked, saving ESN members an average of €33 per flight.

Over 250,000 ESN members have signed up, saving more than €7.5m on their travel costs. The second year of the exclusive partnership is now live on the Ryanair.com website, and students from over 500 Universities across almost 50 countries can avail of these exclusive travel discounts with Ryanair.

In Berlin, Ryanair’s Director of Public Affairs Diarmuid Ó Conghaile, said:

Ryanair To Fly Over 10m Customers For Christmas

Ryanair, Europe’s No. 1 airline, today (11 Dec) revealed it will carry over 10 million customers this Christmas (between December 11th and January 8th) breaking last year’s record Christmas traffic by 5%. Saturday, 22nd December, is set to be the airline’s busiest day of the festive season with almost 400,000 customers travelling on nearly 2,100 flights, while the last flight on Christmas Eve will land at 17:55hrs, with no flights on Christmas Day (the only day in the calendar when Ryanair does not fly), before services resume on 26th December.

Ryanair confirmed that its most popular ‘flying home for Christmas’ routes include Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia, while record numbers will jet off to the Canary Islands for Christmas in the sun, with Austria, Italy and Switzerland ski routes also booking fast for both Christmas and New Year.

And Ryanair urged those who’ve yet to purchase gifts to pick up a Ryanair Christmas Voucher, which are now on sale on the Ryanair.com website, allowing customers to give their loved ones the gift of travel and the choice over of over 220 Ryanair destinations.
