87% Dintre Zborurile Ryanair Au Ajuns La Timp În Ianuarie

Ryanair, compania aeriană preferată a europenilor, a publicat astăzi, 14 februarie, statistica lunară pentru ianuarie 2018 care confirmă Ryanair drept compania aeriană Nr. 1 la serviciu pentru clienți:

– 87% din peste 54,000 de zboruri în ianuarie au ajuns la timp (creștere de 1%)

– Doar 3 plângeri la 1,000 de clienți

– Doar o plângere de bagaje la 3,000 de clienți

– La peste 99% dintre sesizări s-a răspuns într-un termen de 7 zile

Kenny Jacobs, Ryanair, a declarat:

“Ryanair a transportat 9.3 milioane de consumatori în ianuarie, cu 87% dintre zboruri aterizând la timp, o îmbunătățire de 1% față de ianuarie 2017. Cu rețeaua noastră de rute în continuă expansiune, dar și îmbunătățirile suplimentare, anunțate recent, ale programului “Always Getting Better”, Ryanair continuă să ofere mult mai mult decât doar tarifele cele mai mici din Europa.“

El Índice De Puntualidad De Ryanair Alcanza El 87% En Enero

Madrid, 14 de febrero de 2018. Ryanair, la aerolínea favorita en Europa, ha anunciado hoy sus estadísticas de Servicio al Cliente de enero de 2018, que confirman que la aerolínea continúa siendo líder en Europa en este apartado con:

– El 87% de 54.000 vuelos puntuales en enero (con una subida del 1%)

– Sólo tres reclamaciones por cada 1.000 pasajeros

– Sólo una reclamación por equipaje por cada 3.000 pasajeros

– Más del 99% de las reclamaciones se respondieron en un plazo menor a siete días

Kenny Jacobs, de Ryanair, ha declarado: “Ryanair transportó 9,3 millones de pasajeros en enero, con el 87% de nuestros 54.000 vuelos aterrizando puntuales. Gracias a nuestra creciente red de rutas y las recientemente anunciadas novedades de nuestro programa ‘Siempre Mejorando’, seguimos ofreciendo mucho más que las tarifas más bajas de Europa”.

Ryanair, Europas foretrukne flyselskab, udgav i dag (d.14. feb.) sin januarstatistik 2018 for kundeserivce, som bekræfter, at Ryanair forbliver Europas foretrukne flyselskab ang. Kundeservice med:

– 87% af over 54.000 fly i januar landede til tiden (op med 1%)

– Kun 3 klager per 1.000 kunder

– Kun 1 klage over bagage per 3.000 kunder

– Over 99% af alle klager besvaret indenfor 7 dage

Ryanairs Kenny Jacobs sagde:

“Ryanair fløj 9,3 millioner kunder i januar, hvor 87% af de mere end 54.000 fly ankom til tiden. Det er en forbedring på 1% i forhold til januar 2017. Med vores ekspanderende rutenetværk og yderligere forbedringer, herunder dem, der for nylig blev annonceret som led i vores 2018 “Always Getting Better” -program, fortsætter Ryanair med at levere meget mere til vores kunder end blot de laveste priser i Europa.”

Ryanair, Europe’s favourite airline, today (14 Feb) released its January 2018 customer service statistics, which confirm that Ryanair remains Europe’s No 1 customer service airline with:

– 87% of over 54,000 flights in January arriving on-time (up 1%)

– Just 3 complaints per 1,000 customers

– Just 1 bag complaint per 3,000 customers

– Over 99% of all complaints answered within 7 days

Ryanair’s Kenny Jacobs said:

“Ryanair carried 9.3 million customers in January with 87% of more than 54,000 flights arriving on-time, an improvement of 1% on January 2017.  With our expanding route network and additional enhancements, including those recently announced as part of our 2018 “Always Getting Better” programme, Ryanair continues to deliver much more for our customers than just the lowest fares in Europe.”
