Ryanair Launches Connecting Flights Service From Brussels Charleroi With 27 Routes

Ryanair, Europe’s No. 1 airline, today (11 April) launched its connecting flights service at Brussels Charleroi Airport, with 27 routes including Alicante, Budapest, Milan Bergamo and Prague, providing Ryanair customers with the opportunity to book and transfer directly onto connecting Ryanair flights.

Ryanair customers can now:

  • Book connecting flights on 27 routes via Brussels Charleroi on Ryanair.com
  • Transfer ‘airside’ between connecting flights without having to go ‘landside’
  • Have their checked-in baggage transferred through to their final destination
  • Use one booking reference for both flights
  • Travel to a wider range of destinations across Europe including:

94% OF RYANAIR FLIGHTS ARRIVED ON TIME IN MARCH (EXCL ATC)

88% OF CUSTOMERS RATE THEIR FLIGHTS ‘EXCELLENT/V. GOOD/GOOD’

 

Ryanair today (4 Apr) released its March customer service statistics, which show that it delivers Europe’s No 1 customer service as:

 

  • 94% of flights March arrived on-time (82% in Mar 2018) excl. ATC delays
  • Up 1% on February 2019
  • Punctuality is highest since November 2017
  • ATC staff shortages delayed over 2,390 Ryanair flights (4%) in March

 

Ryanair also released its February ‘Rate My Flight’ customer experience scores, which show 88% of over 100,000 respondents rated their flight ‘Excellent/Very Good /Good’, recording high ratings for crew friendliness (92%), onboard service (90%), boarding (83%) and range of food & drink (82%).

We’re very pleased that 88% of customers surveyed (over 100,000) rated their Ryanair flight in March as ‘Excellent/Very Good /Good’ using Ryanair’s Rate My Flight feature, which allows all customers to provide real-time reviews on their flights via the Ryanair app and email. Ryanair Launches New Summer 2019 Inflight Range

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (2 Apr) launched its Summer 2019 inflight range which will feature brands such as Clinique, Sosu and Tan luxe.

Ryanair’s Runway Retail Boutique will offer a further 20% off on core fragrances, ensuring 75% cheaper prices than the high-street on Europe’s favourite branded products.

Ryanair has also added a range of skincare products and customers can now benefit from discounts on brands such as Kiehls, Clinique, Elizabeth Arden and Alpha H. Cosmetic holiday essentials including exciting must haves such as Tan Luxe self tanning drops, Sosu vacation lashes and Lipstick queen by Frog Price will also be available onboard.

Ryanair’s new and improved Getaway Café Menu also has new great additions for summer 2019 such as The Barilla Bolognese. Passengers can now have a meal deal for under 500cals with new ‘free from’ options this summer, including lactose free chocolate, sugar free soft drinks, alcohol free beer, or vegan options which will also be available with new-ins such as the meat free vegan lasagne or a wide range of vegan drinks and snacks that have the “PETA – approved vegan” logo. Ryanair has also been successful in reducing its range of products containing palm oil from 33% to 19% for April 1st 2019 and expects to reduce this further by another 4% by winter 2019.

To celebrate Ryanair is announcing plenty of onboard competitions for  passengers to get involved in, where they can win flight vouchers, holiday vouchers, trips to music festivals and more. Ryanair Launches Spring Advertising Campaign & New Brand Strapline

Ryanair, Europe’s favourite low fares airline, today (1 April) launched its Europe-wide spring brand campaign, along with its new strapline “More Choice. Lower Fares. Great Care.”

It will run in two-week bursts, from 1-14 April and from 22 April-5 May. The campaign is across digital, outdoor, TV, and radio in 10 European countries: UK, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, France and Czech Republic.

The adverts showcase Ryanair’s lowest fares and great route selection, with a particular focus on city breaks and summer sun bookings, promoting a 20% off seat sale on 1 million seats.

 

Ryanair’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kenny Jacobs said:

“We have the best product in the airline industry with the lowest fares and biggest choice of routes. We have also recently made significant improvements to our customer service and launched our Europe-wide environmental partnerships. This is one of our biggest advertising campaigns to date and has been designed to promote these improvements with our strapline “More Choice. Lower Fares. Great Care.” as well as our summer holiday and city destinations.

The campaign will promote a 20% off seat sale on 1 million seats across a wide range of summer routes and city breaks.”

RYANAIR POZDRAVLJA NJEMAČKA I TALIJANSKA SUDSKA RJEŠENJA O EU261

Ryanair, europski avioprijevoznik broj 1, danas (21. ožujka) pozdravio je odluku Okružnog suda u Koelnu u Njemačkoj I onu suca u Italiji (Catania), a koja je potvrdila da ni do kakve EU261 naknade potrošačima čiji su letovi kasnili ili su bili otkazani zbog internih štrajkova, nije trebalo doći, budući su takvi štrajkovi izvan kontrole  zrakoplovne tvrtke.

Ryanair je u potpunosti usklađen sa zakonodavstvom EU261 te je pružio pomoć svim klijentima pogođenim malim brojem kašnjenja i/ili otkazivanja letova, uključujući smještaj, prehranu I preusmjeravanje.

Međutim, budući su takva događanja izvan kontrole Ryanair-a, ne isplaćuje se nikakva kompenzacija EU261, što je potvrđeno ovim odlukama Suda.

Ryanair-ov Kenny Jacobs kaže:

“Pozdravljamo ove odluke Okružnog suda u Koelnu u Njemačkoj I onu suca u Italiji (Catania), a koje potvrđuju da se potrošačima ne isplaćuje naknada kada slučajevi kašnjenja ili otkazivanja letova nisu pod kontrolom Ryanair-a. Da su ti štrajkovi, od male manjine Ryanair-ove posade, bili pod kontrolom Ryanair-a, ne bi bilo nikakvih kašnjenja ili otkazivanja letova.

Ove odluke slične su sudskim odlukamam u Dublinu (prošli mjesec) te u Barceloni, Badajozu, Orenseu I Pontevedri u Španjolskoj. Ryanair u potpunosti poštuje sva zakonodavstva EU261 I obrađuje važeće zahtjeve EU261 unutar 10 radnih dana”.
