Ryanair Launches Rome S2021 Covid Recovery Schedule

Ryanair, Italy’s No.1 airline, today (15th July) announced its Summer ‘21 recovery schedule from Rome with up to 14 based aircraft operating over 470 weekly flights to 80 destinations from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, including 11 new routes, which will deliver 8.5m passengers p.a.

Ryanair is restoring connectivity for Rome and recovering Italian traffic, as vaccination rollouts continue across Europe in time for the peak holiday season.

 

Ryanair’s Fiumicino Summer ‘21 recovery schedule will deliver:

  • 6 based aircraft (+3 from Aug)
  • 21 routes in total (4 domestic / 17 international)
  • 6 new routes to Chania, Fuerteventura, Liverpool, Tenerife, Santorini and Zakynthos.
  • Over 3.2m passengers p.a
  • Over 190 weekly flights

 

Ryanair’s Ciampino Summer ‘21 recovery schedule will deliver:

  • 8 based aircraft
  • 57 routes in total (2 domestic / 55 international)
  • 5 new routes to Chania, Trapani, Zadar, Zagreb and
  • Over 5.3m passengers p.a
  • Over 280 weekly flights

 

Italian citizens/visitors can now book their summer holidays at even lower fares (with the reassurance of a “zero” change fee should plans change). To celebrate, Ryanair has launched a €19.99 seat sale for travel until October 2021, which must be booked by midnight Saturday, 17th of July on www.Ryanair.com.

Following the successful vaccination programmes, Italian air traffic led by Ryanair, is set to recover strongly in Summer 2021 and we are pleased to announce our recovery schedule for Rome, which will deliver 8.5m passengers p.a across 80 routes, including 11 new routes to exciting destinations such as Chania, Fuerteventura, Liverpool, Tenerife, Trapani, Santorini, Suceava, Zagreb and Zakynthos.
