3 NEW ROUTES (5 TOTAL) FOR SUMMER’23

Ryanair, the UK’s most reliable airline, today (1 Nov) announced its biggest Summer 23 schedule to and value, including 3 new routes to Dublin, London, and Malaga, providing visitors and locals of Cornwall with unbeatable choice and value when planning their next summer holiday.

Ryanair’s new Cornwall Airport (Newquay) Summer 2023 schedule will deliver:

• Over 25 weekly flights
• 5 routes – incl. 3 new to Dublin, London-Stansted & Malaga
• Supporting over 90 total jobs

While other airlines cancelled thousands of flights this summer distressing UK holidaymakers, travellers can continue to book with confidence with Ryanair, the UK’s most reliable and leading low fare airline.

Although Ryanair welcomes the UK Govt’s 50% APD cut for domestic travel from April ’23 (underpinning the launch of our new London-Stansted route), this reduction ignores the need to restore and develop international connectivity which is fundamental for the growth of the UK economy and tourism. Ryanair calls on Prime Minister Sunak to fully abolish APD immediately for all travel, which would not only promote tourism but support much needed connectivity to the UK, an island based economy.

To celebrate these new routes, Ryanair is launching a seat sale with fares from just £24.99 for travel from 1 Apr’23 until end of Oct’23, which must be booked by midnight on the 3^rd of November on www.ryanair.com.

However, if we are to continue to grow and to drive real recovery, especially in regional UK, the UK Govt must immediately scrap APD in full for all travel (not just domestic travel) and provide incentives for airlines like Ryanair to stimulate growth and recovery for the UK (an island based economy) and its regions, such as Cornwall.”
