Ryanair hat heute folgendes Update zum aktuellen Stand der 20.000 Flugstreichungen der insgesamt 800.000 Ryanair-Flüge im Zeitraum von September 2017 bis März 2018 vorgestellt: Für die am 18. September angekündigten Flugausfälle: Alle 315.000 betroffenen Passagiere wurden per E-Mail informiert. Über 308.000 alternative Flugoptionen oder Erstattungen (mehr als 98 Prozent der betroffenen Passagiere) wurden bearbeitet. Die verbleibenden 2 Prozent der Kunden (weniger als 7.000) haben Ryanair noch nicht kontaktiert. … more
