Ryanair today (Tues, 10 Dec) released its December OTA Survey which exposes more harmful OTA overcharges by eDreams (& also Booking.com) of over 170%. eDreams charged its customers the biggest mark-up in Dec, overcharging consumers (€15.62) for a reserved seat that costs just €5.62 on Ryanair.com. eDreams also charged consumers more than double the price (€13.18) for Ryanair priority boarding service that cost just €6.18 on Ryanair’s website and more than twice the price (€26.99) … more
