Ryanair Lansează O Nouă Rută De Iarnă Din Oradea Către Londra Stansted

Ryanair, compania aeriană Nr.1 a Europei, astăzi (23 Feb) a lansat o nouă rută de iarnă din Oradea către Londra Stansted, cu o frecvență de trei zboruri săptămânale, începând din octombrie, parte a Calendarului Iarna 2017 Oradea, care va fi lansat în curând.

Ryanair a sărbătorit noua rută Oradea – Londra Stansted prin scoaterea la vânzare a locurilor, la preț promoțional, din Oradea, începând de la doar 14.99€ pentru călătorii către Barcelona și Milano în aprilie și mai 2017. Aceste locuri, la tarif promoțional, sunt disponibile pentru rezervări pe Ryanair.com/ro până la miezul nopții, Luni, 27 februarie.

3 LUCKY RYANAIR CUSTOMERS WIN BIG ON INFLIGHT SCRATCHCARDS

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, has presented 3 lucky customers with cash and luxury cars as they became the latest Ryanair “Fly to Win” scratchcard game winners.

Mr Jonathan Bennett from Bristol was travelling home from a holiday in Alicante when he bought a Ryanair scratchcard, which saw him entered into a draw toplay the ‘Win A Million’ game. He went on to win €50,000 at the draw, which was held at Croke Park in Dublin.

Two other Ryanair customers, Ms Siobhan Dunning from Dublin, and Ms Wiktoria Rabiczko from Kent, won luxury cars at the draw, having bought scratchcards on Ryanair flights to Krakow and Warsaw respectively.

Dublin – London Patrick’s Weekend Extras Launched

Ryanair, Europe’s No 1 airline, today (22 Feb) launched two extra Dublin-London flights for rugby customers travelling home from the Six Nations and St Patrick’s Day celebrations, following record demand from customers.

Ryanair’s extras will depart Dublin at 11.55hrs and 14.10hrs on Sunday 19th March, following the St Patrick’s Day parade on Friday, 17th March and the Ireland-England Six Nations match on Saturday 18th March.

These extra flights are now on sale now on the Ryanair.com website and are sure to be in high demand so customers should log on and book today.

86% Of Flights On-Time In January

Ryanair, Europe’s No 1 airline, today (21 Feb) released its January customer service statistics, which confirm that Ryanair remains Europe’s No 1 customer service airline with:

  • 86% of over 51,000 flights in January arriving on-time
  • Just 2 complaints per 1,000 customers
  • Less than 1 bag complaint per 1,000 customers
  • Over 99% of all complaints answered within 7 days

Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said:

“Ryanair carried over 8.7 million customers in January with 86% of our flights arriving on-time, as we continued to improve our customer experience. With our expanding route network and additional enhancements under our “Always Getting Better” programme, Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than the lowest fares in Europe.”

  • Το 86% των πάνω από 51,000 πτήσεων αφίχθηκαν στην ώρα τους τον Ιανουάριο
  • Μόνο 2 παράπονα για κάθε 1,000 επιβάτες.
  • Λιγότερο από 1 παράπονο σχετικά με αποσκευή για κάθε 1,000 επιβάτες.
  • Πάνω από το 99% όλων των παραπόνων απαντήθηκαν εντός 7 ημερών.

 Ο RobinKiely της Ryanair δήλωσε:
