Ryanair, vodeća evropska avio-kompanija danas (7. februara) proslavlja svog jubilarnog petstohiljaditog putnika na liniji sa/ka  aerdromu Podgorica, od  kada je uspostavila letove za Crnu Goru 2013. godine.

Prema rasporedu letenja za ljetnju sezonu 2019. godine, Ryanair će iz Crne Gore saobraćati prema  šest destinacija – Berlin Šonefeld, Bolonja, Brisel Šarlroa, London Stansted, Stokholm Skavsta i  Vroclav, sa 11 letova nedeljno.

Korisnici i posjetioci koji dolaze u Podgoricu od sada mogu uživati u  još nižim cijenama i najnovijim pogodnostima koja donosi program „Uvijek bolji“ (Always Getting Better), a koje uključuju:

Ryanair ha pubblicato oggi – mercoledì 6 febbraio – le sue statistiche sul servizio clienti di gennaio, che confermano che la compagnia aerea offre il servizio clienti numero 1 in Europa con:

• il 90% dei voli che sono arrivati in orario (ad eccezione dei ritardi ATC dovuti ai gestori del controllo del traffico aereo)
• la mancanza di personale ATC ha ritardato oltre 2,900 voli (5%)

Ryanair ha anche pubblicato il suo punteggio mensile valutato direttamente dai clienti – “Rate My Flight”, che evidenzia che il 92% degli intervistati a gennaio ha valutato la propria esperienza di volo “Eccellente / Molto buona / Buona”, registrando voti alti per l’imbarco (87%), cordialità dell’equipaggio (94 %), servizio a bordo (93%) e scelta di cibo e bevande (82%).

Kenny Jacobs di Ryanair ha dichiarato:

“Ryanair ha trasportato più di 10 milioni di clienti a gennaio con oltre il 90% dei nostri voli arrivati puntuali (esclusi ritardi ATC), continuando ad offrire la massima puntualità nel settore, nonostante gli scioperi dei controllori del traffico aereo italiani e la scarsità di personale ATC in Francia, Germania e nel Regno Unito (che hanno causato il 5% dei nostri ritardi).

Queste continue insufficienze di personale ATC sono inaccettabili e, insieme ad altre compagnie aeree, chiediamo ai governi europei e alla Commissione Europea di agire con urgenza per dare priorità alle esigenze dei passeggeri rispetto quelle dei sindacati ATC, minori ma sempre potenti, per prevenire un’altra estate di caos assicurando che i fornitori di servizi ATC abbiano tutto il personale necessario affinché i voli non siano condizionati quando vi sono scioperi nazionali.
