Ryanair, η No 1αεροπορική εταιρία της Ευρώπης, σήμερα (13 Ιουνίου), ανακοίνωσε τα στατιστικά στοιχεία εξυπηρέτησης πελατών Μαΐου, επιβεβαιώνοντας πως παραμένει πρώτη στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στην Ευρώπη. Πιο συγκεκριμένα: Το 90% των πάνω από 66,000 πτήσεων αφίχθηκαν στην ώρα τους τον Μάιο Μόνο 2 παράπονα για κάθε 1,000 επιβάτες. Λιγότερο από 1 παράπονο σχετικά με αποσκευή για κάθε 1,000 επιβάτες.
