
Madrid, 3 de mayo de 2019. Ryanair, la primera aerolínea en Europa, ha celebrado este jueves el vuelo inaugural de su nueva ruta entre Sevilla y Budapest, que operará dos veces a la semana.
Los clientes de Ryanair en Sevilla ya pueden reservar sus vacaciones hasta marzo de 2020, disfrutando de tarifas incluso más económicas, así como de las últimas mejoras del programa de atención al cliente de la compañía, que incluye:
- Tarifas más económicas: si un cliente encuentra una tarifa más baja en un periodo de 3 horas, se le reembolsará la diferencia más 5€ en su cuenta de My Ryanair.
- Puntualidad: la compañía se compromete a mantener la tasa de puntualidad de sus vuelos en un 90% cada mes (excluyendo los retrasos causados por el control de tráfico aéreo). De no lograrlo, ofrecerá un 5% de descuento en las tarifas aéreas del mes siguiente.
- Enfoque en Atención al Cliente: tramitación de reclamaciones EU261 en un máximo de 10 días gracias a un nuevo equipo especializado, atención disponible 24 horas 7 días a la semana, respuesta en un plazo de 2 minutos.
- Mejoras en el servicio: período de gracia de 48 horas para poder realizar cambios en las reservas sin ningún cargo adicional.
- Mejoras ambientales: gracias al Programa de compensación de la huella de carbono, acuerdos con organizaciones en defensa del medioambiente y la eliminación total de plásticos en sus operaciones en 5 años.
- Nuevas opciones: los pasajeros frecuentes podrán adquirir una tarifa anual de 199€ para volar siempre con asientos gratuitos, fast-track y embarque prioritario.
- Mejoras digitales: un nuevo buscador de tarifas, entradas para eventos deportivos, guías de viaje a medida y mejora de la aplicación móvil.
