RYANAIR RÉAFFIRME SA POLITIQUE DE TOLÉRANCE ZERO À L’ÉGARD DES COMPORTEMENTS INAPPROPRIÉS DES PASSAGERS

Ryanair, la compagnie aérienne n°1 en Europe, a salué aujourd’hui (le jeudi 13 novembre) la décision du tribunal de district de Dublin de condamner un passager indiscipliné qui avait perturbé le vol FR7122 de Dublin à Tenerife le 24 septembre 2022 en agressant physiquement un autre passager à bord. Ce passager perturbateur a plaidé coupable et a été condamné à une peine de 3 mois avec sursis.

Ryanair s’engage à garantir que tous ses passagers et membres d’équipage voyagent dans un environnement serein et sans stress, exempt de perturbations inutiles causées par un faible nombre de passagers indisciplinés. Ryanair applique une politique stricte de tolérance zéro à l’égard des mauvais comportements des passagers et continuera à prendre des mesures pour lutter contre ces comportements à bord, au bénéfice de la grande majorité des passagers qui ne perturbent pas les vols.

La directrice de la communication de Ryanair, Jade Kirwan, a déclaré :

« Nous saluons la condamnation par le tribunal de district de Dublin de ce passager indiscipliné dont le comportement inexcusable a perturbé un vol de Dublin à Tenerife en septembre 2022. Ryanair, la compagnia aerea n.1 in Europa, ha accolto oggi (giovedì 13 novembre) con favore la decisione del Tribunale distrettuale di Dublino di condannare un passeggero molesto che aveva disturbato il volo FR7122 da Dublino a Tenerife il 24 settembre 2022, aggredendo fisicamente un altro passeggero a bordo. Il passeggero in questione si è dichiarato colpevole ed ha ricevuto una pena sospesa di 3 mesi.

Ryanair ribadisce il proprio impegno a garantire che tutti i passeggeri e i membri dell’equipaggio possano viaggiare in un ambiente confortevole e sereno, libero da inutili disagi causati da una minoranza di passeggeri indisciplinati.

La compagnia ha una rigida politica di tolleranza zero nei confronti dei comportamenti scorretti a bordo e continuerà ad adottare tutte le misure necessarie per contrastare i comportamenti molesti, a tutela della stragrande maggioranza dei passeggeri che viaggiano senza creare disordini.

WYROK POTWIERDZA POLITYKĘ ZEROWEJ TOLERANCJI RYANAIR WOBEC NIEWŁAŚCIWEGO ZACHOWANIA PASAŻERÓW

Ryanair, największa linia lotnicza w Europie, przyjęła dziś (czwartek, 13 listopada) z zadowoleniem decyzję Sądu Okręgowego w Dublinie o skazaniu agresywnego pasażera, który 24 września 2022 r. zakłócił lot FR7122 z Dublina na Teneryfę, fizycznie atakując innego pasażera na pokładzie. Oskarżony przyznał się do winy i otrzymał 3 miesiące kary w zawieszeniu.

Ryanair zobowiązuje się zapewnić wszystkim pasażerom i członkom załogi komfortowe i bezpieczne warunki podróży, pozbawione niepotrzebnych zakłóceń powodowanych przez niewielką liczbę agresywnych turystów. Ryanair stosuje surową politykę zerowej tolerancji wobec niewłaściwego zachowania na pokładzie samolotu i będzie nadal podejmował działania mające na celu ograniczanie podobnych incydentów. Wpłynie to korzystnie na komfort pozostałej części podróżnych, którzy nie zakłócają lotu.

Ryanair, Europas Fluggesellschaft Nr. 1, begrüßte heute (Donnerstag, 13. November) die Entscheidung des Dublin District Court, einen uneinsichtigen Passagier zu verurteilen, der am 24. September 2022 den Flug FR7122 von Dublin nach Teneriffa störte, indem er einen anderen Passagier an Bord tätlich angegriffen hatte. Der störende Passagier bekannte sich schuldig und erhielt eine dreimonatige Bewährungsstrafe.

Ryanair, la aerolínea nº1 de Europa, ha celebrado hoy (jueves, 13 de noviembre) la decisión del Tribunal del Distrito de Dublín de condenar a un pasajero problemático que interrumpió el vuelo FR7122 de Dublín a Tenerife el 24 de septiembre de 2022, agrediendo físicamente a otro pasajero a bordo. Este pasajero se declaró culpable y recibió una sentencia suspendida de 3 meses.

Ryanair se compromete a garantizar que todos los pasajeros y la tripulación viajen en un entorno cómodo y libre de estrés, sin interrupciones innecesarias causadas por un pequeño número de pasajeros conflictivos. REAFFIRMING RYANAIR’S ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON PASSENGER MISCONDUCT

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (Thurs, 13 Nov) welcomed the decision by the Dublin District Court to convict an unruly passenger who disrupted flight FR7122 from Dublin to Tenerife on 24 September 2022 by physically assaulting another passenger onboard. This disruptive passenger pleaded guilty and received a 3-month suspended sentence.
